New format for the Time Capsule

The Moderators are in the process of making past threads easier to find, so we are going through the old Time Capsule threads and organizing them into categories. This is a time consuming process so please be patient. If there are any new category suggestions or threads that should be moved somewhere feel free to PM Chuck4207 and if it regards a thread, please give the thread name and current page number that it resides on. These are all works in progress, and we are trying to start with the oldest threads.

Where does the clip that introduced the last segment of the news ("I hate to interupt...") originate from?

The Merv Griffin show. I got that after one show where Big Head makes reference to Merv after that sound clip was played.

I'm 99.9% certain the "FAG!" is Kyle from South Park.

It sounds like a young female voice.... it's way higher than Yeardely Smith of the Simpsonians, and it even sounds higher than SP's Kyle. I am guessing an after-school movie or something b/c I know the Homers and the they-killed-Kenny's very well.

I know "hey frank there's your chinaman" and "No he's not Retarded" are from Sixteen Candles.

The old lady "Hello" is from Miracle on 34th Street. (not the Ms Doubtfire "Hello")

thanks for the Merv Griffen source.
