Any Indian reservations near you, they usually are exempt from the tax and you can load up there...at least that is what I have heard.

I'm close to the Oklahoma border.
They have some Indian smoke shops just across the stateline where I can buy
cigs for less wampum. Kansas is increasing tobacco and alcohol taxes starting July.
I'm thinking about forming my own state at this point. You might even hear about it on the news someday.
Shit like this goes down in history.
